Product Description
High-voltage ceramic pillar insulator is applied to the substation with power frequency withstand voltage of 10KV-1500KV; the temperature applicable is -40ºC-40ºC. This kind of insulator can be classified into ordinary type, pollution resistance type, heavy pollution resistance type and plateau type.
The insulator is composed of porcelain, metal element and bonding agent and so forth, which includes indoor type and outdoor type. Indoor pillar insulator covers inner perfect binding, exterior perfect binding and combined perfect binding. Outdoor pillar insulator covers ordinary pillar insulator, pollution resistance and heavy pollution resistance type insulator adopting the umbrella type, deep umbrella type and umbrella with ridge and double umbrella type respectively.
The deep umbrella type and umbrella with ridge type have longer creepage distance and damp protection; the double umbrella type is composed of a big umbrella structure and a small umbrella structure which improve the discharge property and is beneficial for water scrubbing.
Ultrasonic test is operated for every insulator to guarantee their quality.
